Bianca brings hands-on experience across CRM and broader business systems, specialising in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM administration, marketing automation, and systems integration. Her work spans multi-stage automated journeys, cross-platform integrations, and data management solutions - translating stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational outcomes. She takes a builder's approach to CRM work, with a particular strength in workflow logic and the attention to detail that makes automations reliable at scale.

What I do

I support the delivery of HubSpot CRM implementations, working alongside senior team members to configure platforms, build automation, and help clients get the most out of their systems. My focus areas include:

  • HubSpot configuration and build: Configuring HubSpot hubs to client specifications, including workflows, automation logic, pipelines, custom properties, and lifecycle stages.
  • Data migration and integrity: Supporting data migrations from legacy systems into HubSpot, including data cleansing, field mapping, and validation to ensure accurate records at go-live.
  • Reporting and dashboards: Building reports and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into the metrics that matter to their business.
  • QA and testing: Participating in quality assurance and internal testing before client releases to ensure builds are clean, accurate, and fit for purpose.
  • Client delivery and training: Contributing to client discovery sessions, documentation, and SOPs, and delivering platform walkthroughs and training to end users at go-live.
  • Continuous improvement: Staying current on HubSpot product updates and contributing to internal templates, playbooks, and reusable delivery assets.

Proven success

  • Donor insight and engagement: Scoped and delivered an end-to-end donor survey program from scratch, independently designing a personalised link-based tracking method and integrating SurveyMonkey with HubSpot to automate suppression and update CRM records. The program was considered a success by stakeholders and repeated and scaled the following year with added complexity.
  • Advanced campaign segmentation: Designed and built a repeatable Salesforce-native segmentation framework managing eight distinct contact segments across multiple campaigns - replacing a manual Excel export and reimport process with a fully in-platform workflow, eliminating duplication and significantly improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Large-scale data quality project: Planned and led a data quality project across approximately 30,000 contact records - removing and updating records to increase data integrity, reduce the cost of return mail, and improve the organisation's ability to reach and engage with donors whose details had changed over time.
  • Automated donation receipting: Designed and implemented a HubSpot workflow solution to replace a manual receipting process that caused delays of several days - delivering personalised, instant receipts and reducing inbound donor enquiries and resourcing pressure on the team.
  • Email sunset policy and re-engagement automation: Designed and implemented an automated sunset workflow to manage email marketing eligibility across leads and contacts - suppressing unengaged contacts from email activity and automatically re-adding them if engagement was detected in future. This broadened email marketing reach across the broader database without additional cost, reduced lead saturation, and improved overall email deliverability.
  • Lead generation optimisation: Delivered a Meta and Google Ads conversion data feedback integration using HubSpot and Zapier - enabling campaign optimisation based on actual downstream conversion quality rather than top-of-funnel lead volume alone.
  • Multi-channel campaign automation: Built a multi-email automated supporter journey in HubSpot, introducing structured automation to a previously manual broadcast campaign - contributing to increased engagement, improved data visibility, and a post-campaign survey response rate that grew from zero to 100+.
