Proven success
- Developed a Visualforce-driven batch Apex solution that resolves a flaw in the out-of-the-box Oracle Eloqua integration, using governor-limit-safe batch processing to trigger a forced resync of Campaign Member records at scale.
- Built an automated rebooking strategy generator for sales teams — originally using Agentforce, then redesigned using a Salesforce External Service and n8n workflow integrated with ChatGPT. The redesign eliminated licensing dependency and saved the business thousands of dollars annually.
- Migrated the company's marketing system from Oracle Eloqua to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), then implemented SendGrid's MassMailer to enable dual co-functional marketing systems that improved deliverability while maintaining engagement assets.
- Designed and delivered a badge-scanning smartphone app integrated directly with the CRM, a Salesforce-integrated event registration point of sale using Stripe, and a custom Xero–Salesforce integration.
