Founded by Aimee and Mark Engelmann, Flipside has been partnering with high growth companies since 2011. Originally Flipside Group (QLD) started as a marketing agency specialising in local area marketing for the telecommunication and retail industries. 

From 2014-2019 the Flipside founders owned and scaled their own high growth business, Beepo, which was acquired by Private Equity backed Probe CX in 2019 and was rolled up in Australia's largest private transaction in 2021, the sale of Probe to KKR for 1.1bn.

From 2021-2024 Flipside Group provided services focussed on marketing, sales enablement and business scale in B2B and B2C businesses across a range of industries. Clients have typically been referred in via existing relationships.

In 2025 the core focus - achieving results for clients has not changed, however the approach, tools and technology applied is rapidly evolving. Our team has grown, and adding to the existing offering in marketing and sales growth, Flipside Group now also delivers business process improvement and automation tools in specific market segments, blending services and technology to drive profitability.
