About me
With a career spanning global health, technology, and consumer sectors, I’ve spent the last decade scaling bootstrapped-businesses from early-stage to $25M+ in annual revenue within their first year. Achieving 40% profit margins and transforming operations across five international markets. I’ve led the growth and sale of multiple ventures, built high-performing marketing, sales and growth teams, while delivering a 30:1 ROAS; navigating some of the most highly regulated industries in the world. Most notably, I've deployed machine learning algorithms that solve real world problems, which have led to successful exits. - Conducting financial, sales and marketing diagnostics (P&L, CPL, ROAS, CLV) to optimise media spend, business profitability and cost structures.
- Building and mentoring high-performing global teams across marketing, product, clinical and compliance functions.
- Structuring entities and systems for international expansion, intellectual property protection and risk mitigation internationally.
- Support businesses in pre-seed funding, debt consolidation and exit strategies.
