About me

With over 20 years’ experience spanning digital strategy, marketing automation, CRM implementation and client success, I bring a unique blend of creative vision and systems thinking. I’ve built and scaled marketing agencies, created award-winning mobile apps, and worked with some of Australia’s biggest retail giants. My experience spans multiple industries, including professional services, SaaS, construction and not-for-profits.
